Walter C. Roberts

Walter C. Roberts, 96 of Newberry, FL passed away on June 20, 2016. Mr. Roberts was born in Zanesville, Ohio on August 25, 1919. He joined the US Navy and later went to work making molds in the fiberglass industry for the carnivals. Walter is survived by his sister and brother in law, Ida Mae and Charles Wackes, good friends and caregivers, Joe and Lillian Carter of Williston, FL. Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dixie Roberts in March 2010. Visitation will be Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the Milam Funeral Home in Newberry, FL from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and a Graveside Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Newberry Cemetery.
