William Clem

William Carl Clem (Bill) was born December 22, 1958 in Kentucky, USA.
He was called home to be with the Lord May 26, 2026 in Gainesville, Florida.
William was the oldest and helped to take care of the family from childhood.
That instilled the value of family in him.
He knew a person’s temperament by just the handshake.
He enjoyed playing Gin Rummy with his children.
He was a devoted husband and father. He will be greatly missed.
William was preceded in death by his father, William Clem Sr.; mother Betty Jean Clem; sisters,
Shane and Delilah; brothers, Timothy and Terry; son, Michael James Durling.
He leaves cherish memories with his loving wife, Sophia Clem; brother Alan Clem (Judy); sister,
Jody; father-in-law, Victor Dixon; mother-in-law, Jacqueline Dixon; brothers-in-law, Tyrone and
Kirk Dixon; sons, William, Douglas, and Jordan Clem; daughter Jace Clem; Grandchildren
Mikkie and Matthew Poelstra-Durling, and Walker Clem; hosts of nieces, nephews, and
cousins
