Karam J. K. Bansel M.D. Obituary (2012)

BANSEL, MD, KARAM J. K., 65, of Alachua, FL passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Born to (late) Manjit Kaur and Giani Gurcharan Singh Ragi, she graduated from Lady Harding Medical College (New Delhi). She married Dr. Mohinder Singh and moved to London, England in 1970. In 1983, she came to US and owned several businesses. She then moved to Orlando in 1996 to open her medical family practice. In 2006, she retired to Alachua to enjoy life with her grandchildren. She is survived by her sons, Ujjal (Jen) Bansel and Jaz Singh; three grandchildren, three brothers and a sister. Funeral Services will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Milam Funeral Home Chapel, Gainesville. The family will receive friends starting at 10 AM.
