John Michael McLane Jr.

McLane, John Michael, Jr., long time Gainesville resident and current resident of Denver, Co, "Johnny" passed away on February 3, 2006 after a courageous fight against Hodgkins Lymphoma. He was 35 years of age. John is a graduate of Buchholz High School and the University of Florida. John is survived by his wife, Holly (Miller) of Sarasota; children, Hayden and Jack McLane; parents, John and Jan McLane of Fort Lauderdale; brother, Jason McLane; grandmother, (Creamar) of Pompano, and Aunt Chris of Stuart. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and nephew, friend and a "die-hard" Florida Gator. A memorial service will be held at 9:30 am Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 4000 NW 53rd Avenue, Gainesville, Fl.
