Joan White

Joan Jordan White, age 82, of Gainesville, FL passed away on Friday September 5, 2025. Joan was born in Melrose, FL to parents Clifford William Jordan and Nellie Mae Jordan, and grew up in Palatka, FL.
Joan retired in 2001 from her long-time role as a Bookkeeper in the Automotive business. She was a dedicated member of Countryside Baptist Church and loved her church family. Everyone who knew her loved her warm smile and stories.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 58 years, Terrel “Terry” White Jr., and infant daughter Jeri Lynnette White. She is survived by her son Clifford White (Kara), grandson Taylor White (Hannah), granddaughter Samantha Stanley (Reid), and sisters Jackie Jordan Kline (Jack) and Jan Jordan DeNino (Paul).
A Memorial service will be held at Noon, Saturday October 18, 2025, at Countryside Baptist Church, 10926 NW 39th Ave, Gainesville, FL 32606.
