Flowers

Having flowers present during a funeral rite is a traditional funerary custom that can be traced back to 60,000 B.C. This tradition is still practiced to this day. Sending flowers to a funeral service, celebration of life, memorial service or viewing is the way many people chose to express their sympathy, love, and support to their friends. Often families request that people interested in expressing their condolences, donate to a specific charity organization in lieu of sending flowers. If you are unsure whether to send a donation or flowers check the obituary for instructions or contact the funeral home.
